This beautiful vineyard, located on Napa Valley’s western slope near Rutherford, contains the stone ruins from a winery over 100 years old. Backen & Backen has designed the renovation of the ruins to create a magnificent hospitality space. The 20,000-gallon winery production area is highly functional for the winemaker and nearly disappears against the existing hillside.
