VINEYARD VIEW PROPERTY

The predictable rich sandy soil of the property nurtures about 25 acres of vineyards set amongst the characteristic live oaks that speckle the surrounding Santa Rita Hills. The property, a suitable backdrop for a variety of programming including a new Main Residence, Wellness Area, Retreat, and Guest Cottage area. In addition, Backen & Backen will be renovating an existing stable structure and working closely with a landscape architect to engage in a series of exciting site activations, including glamping, stargazing, and foraging areas distributed between different parts of the site. Throughout the process, a special focus will be given to connections, including pedestrian and equestrian trails between development areas, and connections between the buildings and agriculture itself.
