Featured in Vogue in May 2018, Holmby Hills Residence was designed and constructed for the late Hollywood mogul Brad Grey and his wife Cassandra.
The picturesque estate is thoughtfully situated on 2.15-acres in the exclusive enclave of Holmby Hills. Surrounded by heritage landscaping and lush gardens, the estate was designed as a series of vernacular farm buildings around a central courtyard. The design takes advantage of the site by breaking down the residence’s scale into smaller components, so it didn’t seem so massive - a stark contrast with its surrounding neighborhood. A refined materials palette, elegant detailing and seamless indoor-outdoor living create a sense of intimacy, warmth and informality. Interiors by Atelier AM.
